Issues the follow-up memo that explains the first memo. Occasionally issues a third.
Drafts apologies that mean it. Has retired the phrase "mistakes were made" entirely.
Archives the memos that outgrew their purpose and became sayings the whole station now repeats.
Keeps the pins stocked and the corners flat. A crooked memo is a memo unread.
Receives anonymous notes. Every one is read aloud, kindly, at the weekly gathering.
Need a memo? The Office can draft one instantly. Re-roll until it feels right, then copy it to your board.
